Job summary

A E M Inc is seeking a Lead Service Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations and deliver contracted services, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met. You will train staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with customers and vendors across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include leading a team, using WMS for inbound/outbound workflows, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and service outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations environments.
• Experience with inventory management systems and operational reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities with supervisor and management.
• Lead, train, and guide team members on tasks and processes.
• Use WMS to manage inbound/outbound operations and inventory control.
• Use RF scanners to process inventory transactions accurately.
• Operate pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, and other MHE safely.
• Identify and suggest improvements for efficiency and service quality.
