Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receipt, storage, and shipment of products. You will train new staff, monitor safety and quality, and ensure efficient product flow while adhering to QRA standards.

The role requires flexibility to work 1:00pm-9:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Prior warehouse experience and basic Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills.
• Great communication skills; bi-lingual is a plus.
• Familiar with a WMS system; able to operate warehouse equipment (PIT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on procedures.
• Measure safety, productivity and quality standards; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate housekeeping, inventory control and safety requirements.
• Unload trucks by hand and with material handling equipment; stock freight per standards.
• Process orders: pick, check, sort, wrap pallets, pack and load.
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance to colleagues.
• Work in production as needed.
