Job summary

NFI Industries, based in California, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the direction of the Operations Supervisor. You will direct work assignments, oversee receiving, put away, picking and loading, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

You will train staff on SOPs and WIs, maintain inventory accuracy, operate MHE, and collaborate with shift leadership to achieve shift goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage changing priorities with good judgment.
• Accurate data entry for daily inventory reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• MHE experience or willingness to learn MHE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking and loading processes.
• Direct work assignments to warehouse staff.
• Provide hands-on support in Material Handling and forklift tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Train employees on SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and accurate inventory labels.
• Support staging orders for delivery and inventory control.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security and data reporting.
