Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate tasks, and maintain inventory accuracy, working with transportation and customer service to drive efficiency. A high school diploma is required; 3–5 years in warehousing with 1–2 years in leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years warehouse experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance
• Ensure receipt, storage, and shipment of goods in compliance with policies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic counts
• Ensure safety protocols and training are followed
• Troubleshoot inventory, equipment, or personnel issues
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service to optimize operations
• Participate in process improvements to reduce costs
• Perform other duties as assigned
