Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with staff and stakeholders.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods in line with policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic counts.
• Enforce safety protocols and train staff on SOPs.
• Troubleshoot inventory, equipment, or personnel issues.
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service for smooth operations.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as needed by management.
