Job summary

CJ Logistics Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations in Hazleton, PA. You will oversee staff, assign tasks, monitor workflow, and support safety and productivity goals while utilizing material handling equipment as needed.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting on-the-job training, and collaborating with supervisors to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• At least three years in a warehouse lead role.
• Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong math and reading skills; detail-oriented.
• Well-developed communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor floor operations and provide real-time problem solving.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of activities.
• Lead safety, quality, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Coach and train staff; certify skill sets with supervisor.
• Coordinate with trainers and staff for ongoing development.
• Conduct audits of processes and ensure PPE usage.
