Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse practices and procedures.
• Ability to teach, coach, and delegate tasks.
• Forklift operation including electric pallet jack.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor operations and provide real-time problem solving.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of activities.
• Support with production work using material handling equipment as needed.
• Coach and train staff on procedures and safety.
