Job summary

Prime Fish LLC, a Santa Monica-based luxury seafood and gourmet foods company, is hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, cold storage, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipping. You will supervise staff, enforce food safety standards, and coordinate with purchasing and shipping to optimize operations.

You will ensure accurate stock, implement safe handling protocols, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, perishable goods environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory levels, stock counts, and replenishment.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Implement and maintain safety and food handling protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, and shipping to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
• Use inventory and shipping systems (SOS Inventory, ShipStation) to track stock and optimize storage.
• Analyze operational performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
