Job summary

Prime Fish LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team in Santa Monica, CA. You will ensure efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory while upholding food safety and cold-chain standards.

You will drive process improvements, train staff, and collaborate with purchasing and logistics to align operations with company goals. On-site presence may be required as needed to ensure smooth operations.

The Role

As a Warehouse Manager at Prime Fish LLC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations. You will lead a team to ensure that inventory is received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. Your leadership will be key in optimizing processes and maintaining food safety and cold-chain standards within the warehouse.

What You'll Do

• Use inventory and shipping systems (SOS Inventory, ShipStation) to track stock and optimize storage.
• Analyze operational performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
