Job summary

Latin Specialties LLC in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Manager who will own end-to-end warehouse execution, from receiving to shipping and ERP transactions. This is a hands-on leadership role on the floor, not an office-based job.

You will build schedules, train leads, coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Logistics, and Inventory Control, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict food-safety and cold-chain standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in a high-volume refrigerated warehouse.
• Experience with ERP warehouse transactions and cycle counts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to work non-office hours and shifts.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations on the floor, not from an office.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, picking, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and perform cycle counts with variances.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Logistics and Inventory Control.
• Create daily operating plans and lead huddles across shifts.
• Ensure cold-chain integrity and food-safety compliance.
