Bright Event Rentals in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team through fast-paced, event-driven seasons. You will own inventory readiness, ensure on-time dispatch, and drive a culture of safety and accountability.

You'll coach staff, optimize processes, and collaborate with operations to align warehouse output with delivery schedules. The role demands physical stamina, weekend availability, and a keen eye for detail to keep projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound equipment flow, staging, and yard organization.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of warehouse members, coaching performance and building accountability into the culture.
• Ensure all rental inventory is inspected, cleaned, and event-ready at all times.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment that meets company standards.
• Oversee crew scheduling and timekeeping to match operational demands, including peak event periods.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics leadership to align warehouse output with delivery schedules and event timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and equipment condition; escalate maintenance needs and flag discrepancies early.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies, model expected behavior.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes and workflows.
• Handle team performance matters directly, including coaching conversations, corrective action, and recognition.
