Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations in-person in the United States. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Starting salary is approximately $60,000 per year and growth opportunities are available. The position requires strong supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing, with a focus on leadership, planning, and communication to keep operations moving

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or material handling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing warehouse operations and employees.
• Ability to organize people, equipment, and workflow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead warehouse associates, leads, and coordinators.
• Schedule labor and ensure proper staffing to meet daily workload.
• Monitor productivity, performance, safety, and housekeeping.
• Maintain clear communication with management, employees, and customers.
