Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, coach staff, and drive efficiency across daily activities.

You will oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, scheduling, and compliance, reporting to management. The role emphasizes safety, training, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Competitive salary between $75,000 and $85,000 with a performance bonus and benefits such as health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as supervisor in distribution/warehouse
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Proficiency with MS Office and WMS software

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including inventory, shipping/receiving, and material handling
• Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
• Manage budgets and meet customer requirements
• Coach staff and resolve issues; provide performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and maintain training records
