Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead warehouse, inventory control, and logistics to support production and customer needs.

This role drives continuous improvement, KPI management, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, planning, and supply chain teams. Requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics and a Bachelor’s in a related field; SAP/Oracle/SyteLine experience is preferred. Onsite with potential bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, inventory management, or logistics within manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, SyteLine).
• Thorough understanding of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute warehouse and logistics strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead capacity planning, layout optimization, and warehouse expansion initiatives.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and internal material movements.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement to enhance productivity and visibility.
• Ensure ISO and other quality/safety standards compliance.
