Job summary

PROENERGY, Sedalia, MO, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a team, oversee inventory, and integrate warehousing with broader business processes. You will implement best practices, drive KPIs, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-start power equipment environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 7+ years of warehouse leadership, hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred), and strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Administration).
• 7 years of managing warehouse(s) and leading teams.
• 7 years using ERP systems – D365 is a plus.
• Experience in analyzing, building and scaling warehousing systems, capabilities and implementation.
• Technical competence including understanding software, hardware, networks, etc.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse team of +15 employees.
• Manage +$250M in inventory.
• Drive safety culture and ensure team safety.
• Develop and sustain warehouse processes and controls.
• Develop and drive warehouse KPIs; use data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support goals and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide training to team members.
