The role requires 7+ years in related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with ERP/MRP and WMS systems. Expect a high-performance team and growth opportunities in a dynamic defense-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience with Visual Factory/Warehouse and LEAN tools to drive standard work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operation and staff.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments ensuring smooth processing.
• Develop and maintain logistics network including contracts with carriers.
• Coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Lead daily warehouse operations focusing on safety, accuracy, and on-time execution.
