Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations leader to direct development and execution of activities to meet production goals, quality, and cost targets. You will prioritize warehouse activities against production schedules and manage goals and personnel.

You will lead a team, develop schedules, select and coach staff, and report to the Manager, Customer Success. Strong knowledge of inventory, Lean, 5S, and Excel is valued; onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations to meet production goals, quality, and cost targets.
• Prioritize warehouse activities based on production schedules and material supply.
• Lead and develop personnel within direct/indirect labor functions and produce staffing plans.
• Manage KPIs, metrics, action plans, and operational performance objectives.
• Analyze operations data, labor use, backlogs, and resource planning.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ROS and other continuous improvement tools.
• Ensure proficiency with Excel and other business systems used in warehouse operations.
