Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO and stock reconciliation.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily warehouse tasks.
• Prepare schedules based on orders and workload.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Conduct daily briefings on priorities and safety.
• Train and coach staff; onboard new hires.
• Ensure safety standards and PPE usage.
• Manage stock receiving, put-away, and issuing.
• Maintain inventory records in WMS/ERP.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.
• Prepare inventory and productivity reports.
• Support audits with accurate records.
