Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on accuracy in picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control in a high‑volume environment.

You will load and unload truck orders, operate forklifts safely, maintain an organized workspace, and assist across locations as needed. A valid driver’s license and prior warehouse experience are required; proficiency with MS Office and WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Valid driver’s license for travel between locations.
• Experience with forklift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship materials per order requirements.
• Load and unload truck orders following safety protocols.
• Store materials in designated locations and conduct cycle counts.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist across locations as needed.
