A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time CDL-A Warehouse Driver to join our team in Westfield, MA. This role operates a day cab tractor with a 48’ or 53’ trailer to complete pickups and deliveries to our various locations.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No more than three moving violations/accidents in last 3 years.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to obtain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse tasks including loading/unloading trailers.
• Complete deliveries and/or pickups to various locations.
• Perform lift gate deliveries as needed.
• Ensure safety of tractor and freight and follow FMCSA regulations.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Performing general warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading trailers
• Completing deliveries and or pickups to various location(s)
• Performing lift gate deliveries, including unloading and loading at stops as needed
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Hazmat required
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Forklift experience a plus but we are able to train/certify
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance
