Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is hiring a full-time Warehouser for our Westfield, MA location.

You will safely load/unload freight, organize inventory, and assist with packing and unpacking as needed. Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred. The role offers a starting pay of $20.15 per hour with increases after 12 and 24 months, weekly direct deposit, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and disability

• Must be able to lift merchandise weighing over 25 lbs frequently
• Read, write, and speak English; communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers using equipment such as carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts or pallet jacks
• Pick, pack, and stage freight for pickup
• Physically lift and move boxes as needed
• Use scanners to read, track and monitor freight in the warehouse
• Maintain a customer service first mentality in daily tasks
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day, night, weekends and holidays

Job description

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Warehouser to join our team in our Westfield, MA location. Our warehouse workers are responsible for safely loading and unloading, organizing, and packing and unpacking freight. Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.

• Earn $20.15 per hour. Rate will increase to $22.20 after 12 months of employment and $25.25 after 24 months of employment.

Warehouser qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight and/or logistics preferred
• Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 lbs
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively

Warehouser responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Picking, packing, and staging freight for pickup
• Physically lifting and moving boxes
