Job summary

White Cap seeks a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations and coach teammates within a fast-paced environment. You will ensure safe, accurate handling of goods and drive quality performance at the Delaware County facility.

You will operate forklifts, load/unload merchandise, and coordinate shipping/receiving while maintaining records. This role requires 5–7 years of experience, a proactive attitude, and on-site availability in a physical warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility.
