Job summary

White Cap in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to help build America’s skyline by ensuring efficient warehouse operations and precise product handling. You’ll coach staff, operate forklifts, and manage order fulfillment on-site in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 5–7 years of experience in warehouse duties, strong safety focus, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
