What You'll Do In this critical role, you'll:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in leading and coordinating warehouse operations.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, and the organization of warehouse materials.
• Supervise and support staff in order picking, packing, and inventory movement.
• Standardize procedures, manage workflows, and ensure efficient material storage and utilization.
• Promote safety, staff development, and a positive work environment.
• Interact with multiple departments, from shipping and receiving to production and sales.

What We're Looking For To excel in this position, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A team-oriented, respectful, and professional approach to leadership.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Physical requirements include the ability to frequently lift 25-35 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs).
