A leading law firm is looking for a Lead Billing Assistant for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the centralized billing team, providing support across all firm offices. Responsibilities include preparing WIP reports, managing billing processes, and assisting staff with billing queries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the legal industry, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
We are seeking a Lead Billing Assistant to join our team on a 6 month contract.
You will be part of centralised billing team, providing proactive billing support to our fee earning teams. You will join a Billing Manager, Assistant Billing Manager and seven Billing Assistants. Our billing team are based across all of our 7 offices and work mostly on a remote basis.
