Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead, Billing to oversee daily billing operations supporting warehouse and logistics activities. You will ensure timely invoicing, act as a liaison between warehouse operations and finance, and help streamline billing processes in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

The role supervises billing staff, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and aims to maintain accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective interpersonal skills and professional written and oral communication.
• Must communicate in English and the local language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day billing operations for warehouse activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing per customer contracts, rates and policies.
• Collect, scan and file documents for billing packets and visibility.
• Enter charges into the billing system and audit for accuracy before billing the client.
• Process direct deposits and electronic bill payments for brokerage operations.
