Qualifications

• 1-2 years or more of relevant work experience required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day billing operations related to the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with customer contracts, rates, and company policies.
• Collect and scan documents into the document imaging system for billing packets and visibility.
• Ensure charges are entered timely into the billing system and audit charges so DSV can bill the client.
• Enter all charges, print invoices and mail with applicable documentation to clients.
• Process and record direct deposits and electronic bill payments for brokerage.
• Confirm duty payment and bill if necessary.
• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies for the brokerage operation.
• Proactively identify and resolve billing related issues.
• Train, mentor, and guide billing team members to ensure quality and productivity.
