Job summary

Target's Tolleson distribution center near Phoenix is seeking a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Manager to lead a 15+ technician team, oversee all conveyor, sortation, and automation maintenance, and drive reliability improvements. You will develop and manage the maintenance budget and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and optimize maintenance practices.

The role requires 6+ years of maintenance experience with 3+ years in management, plus strong CMMS and KPI management

Qualifications

• 6+ years of maintenance experience with 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in automated DC environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
• TPM or lean maintenance experience preferred.
