Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the warehouse/logistics industry, including 3+ years in automation engineering or a closely related role.
• Proven experience designing and deploying automated warehouse solutions with expertise in material flow, information flow, intelligent automation, and cognitive platforms.
• Strong blend of business, operations, system integration, and technology design experience focused on scalable and resilient automation in warehouse environments.
• Demonstrated success developing and presenting business cases and ROI analyses for executive decision‑making.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and deployment of automation and mechanized solutions for operations.
• Own end-to-end automation lifecycle: design, vendor selection, planning, uplift, layout, and implementation.
• Conduct ROI analyses to justify automation investments and meet financial targets.
• Manage vendor relationships through design, negotiations, installation, testing, and post‑go‑live support.
• Oversee cross‑functional implementation including system integration, testing, and readiness.
• Drive training programs for operations, maintenance, and support teams on new automation systems.
