Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services seeks a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee receiving, loading, unloading, and stacking of customer products. You will assign work, guide the team, and ensure adherence to safety policies across shifts, driving efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.

You will mentor associates, maintain records, and support continuous improvement while upholding quality and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physically exerting duties in environments that may vary in temperature.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written and/or oral instruction.
• Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report them to maintenance staff.
• Advise associates on care and preservation of products and proper handling of stock.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by assisting associates in warehouse functions.
• Address safety, quality, and productivity concerns with staff as needed.
• Collaborate with others to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
• Adhere to safety policies to ensure a safe workplace.
