Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a warehouse support specialist to manage inbound, outbound, and internal activities, ensuring accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment.

You will prepare shipments, organize packaging, stage materials, reconcile inventory, monitor stock levels, and document issues to keep warehouse visibility high. The role emphasizes safety and data verification, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles, shipment prep, safety, and documentation.
• Strong ability to verify data, resolve issues, communicate effectively, and support process improvements.

Role Overview

Support warehouse operations by managing inbound, outbound, and internal activities, ensuring accurate product movement and order fulfillment. Prepare shipments, organize packaging, and stage materials to meet dispatch timelines. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow to identify replenishment needs. Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions, documenting shipment status, inventory updates, and operational issues to maintain warehouse visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles, shipment prep, safety, and documentation. Strong ability to verify data, resolve operational issues, communicate effectively, and support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product handling, inventory reconciliation, and operational reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention practices.

Additional Information

Full-time role with shift hours Monday - Friday, and pay up to $23.55.
