Job summary

UNIS is seeking a frontline warehouse leader to coordinate daily activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment and shipping. You will drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency while partnering with the GM to elevate operational excellence and continuous process improvement in our logistics network.

You will coach and direct warehouse associates, monitor workflow with WMS and RF scanners, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Overview

Serve as a frontline warehouse leader coordinating daily activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping; ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently to support productivity, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service; collaborate closely with warehouse associates and leadership (e.g., GM) to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement in the logistics/supply chain network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping to support productivity and customer service goals.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates while promoting teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technology, escalating issues as needed to leadership.
• Verify completed work, ensure compliance with company procedures, and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and team performance while partnering with GM to implement process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience, including previous experience serving as a lead, trainer, or senior warehouse associate.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and warehouse technology to manage workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, safety practices, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience specifically within technology-driven or AI-enabled logistics operations (implied by business context, but not explicitly required).
