Job summary

Polygon Labs is reshaping how businesses store and move money with its Open Money Stack. As a Director of Product, Wallets & Treasury, you will drive enterprise wallet strategy, custody models, and onchain treasury infrastructure.

You will enable programmable money through APIs and ensure liquidity, compliance, and seamless integrations with external financial systems. You will lead initiatives across enterprise wallets, custody, treasury, and DeFi opportunities, collaborating with fintechs,

Qualifications

• Significant product leadership experience across enterprise wallets, custody, payments, treasury, fintech, or crypto infrastructure.
• Experience building enterprise-grade wallet or digital asset infrastructure at a sophisticated financial infrastructure company.
• Deep understanding of enterprise wallet architecture, custody, key management, signing, permissions, policy engines, transaction workflows, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for enterprise wallets, custody, treasury infrastructure and onchain financial products.
• Build products and infrastructure for onchain balances, liquidity, permissions, policies, counterparties, and treasury operations.
• Make onchain money easy to hold, move, and deploy through APIs and programmable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with fintechs, payment companies, financial institutions, and partners to integrate Open Money Stack across ecosystems.
• Lead execution from thesis through launch and adoption with engineering, design, GTM, and ecosystem teams.
