A.C.Coy Company is seeking an experienced VoIP Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA on a hybrid, full-time contract assignment. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Cisco VoIP engineering experience in an enterprise environment and will design, deploy, and manage Cisco voice solutions.

Responsibilities include leading 3rd-line incident response, overseeing CUCM/CER/CUC/UCCX deployments, and ensuring high availability through patching and QoS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cisco VoIP engineering experience in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily server administration for the VOIP platform.
• Collaborate with the network team to ensure 3rd-line incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Manage voice network projects, allocate resources, and set priorities.
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for voice issues addressing loss, jitter, and latency.
• Configure Cisco devices to support voice operations and migrations to Webex Calling.
• Design CUCM/ CER/ CUC/ SBC deployments and configure call routing and dial plans.
• Create and maintain detailed voice solution documentation and standards compliance.
