Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks a Lead Voice Installer in the United States to lead deployment of large-scale voice systems across varied customer environments. This remote role requires up to 75% travel and oversight of premise-based PBX, hosted voice, and VoIP infrastructure.

You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, and drive testing, documentation, and handoffs from requirements through to operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in voice operations across medium to large environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PBX and VoIP deployments.
• Industry voice platform certifications required.
• Strong networking knowledge: SIP, TCP/IP, routing, VLAN.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale voice deployments and coordinate on-site teams.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements to handoff.
• Troubleshoot voice, telephony, and network issues.
• Develop testing procedures and validate new components.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with vendors.
