Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Windows, Displays, and Pop-Ups to lead the rollout of activations across the US and Canada, with a focus on brand integrity and budget adherence.

The role requires coordinating with HQ Design, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality installations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of vendor management experience in visual experience and/or store planning in the retail industry.
• Must know how to read architectural and shop drawings.
• Proven experience in project management in retail or visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute window, pop-up, and specialty display programs and installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Apply project management methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
