Centor seeks a Vision Systems Specialist to lead installation, programming, maintenance, and optimization of automated vision inspection systems across the Millersburg facility. You will collaborate with Quality to validate performance, define inspection criteria, and ensure reliable defect detection while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, programming of vision recipes, and backup support for MES coordination.

Qualificações

• Must pass Maintenance Selection Index.
• Possesses well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of three (3) years industrial electrical experience OR two (2) years education (certificate) in Industrial Electricity.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Experience with electromechanical relay systems, solid state relay systems, programmable controllers, electrical ladder logic drawings, transformers, capacitors, limit switches, proximity switches, and photoelectric sensors.
• Ability to read prints, understand and troubleshoot Plant production equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain vision inspection systems as primary technical owner.
• Troubleshoot cameras, lighting, lenses, PLC communication, networks, HMIs, sensors and related hardware.
• Configure inspection parameters, tolerances, pass/fail criteria, and defect detection logic.
• Work with Quality to develop inspection standards and validate system performance.
• Document changes, maintain backups and revision control for vision systems.
