Job summary

Centor Rx is seeking a Vision Systems Specialist in Millersburg, OH. The role focuses on installing, programming, maintaining, and optimizing automated vision inspection systems across the facility to detect defects and verify quality characteristics.

You will collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to ensure reliable, repeatable results and support MES coordination when needed. This role requires hands-on expertise with cameras, lighting, sensors, PLCs, and vision processors, plus strong

Qualifications

• Must pass Maintenance Selection Index.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years industrial electrical experience or 2-year Industrial Electricity certificate.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Experience with relays, PLCs, ladder logic, transformers, capacitors, limit switches, proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors.
• Ability to read prints and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, maintain and troubleshoot vision inspection systems.
• Configure inspection parameters, tolerances, and defect criteria.
• Maintain backups and documentation; ensure system calibration.
• Support maintenance and production with vision-related issues.
• Provide training and technical support to staff.
