Job summary

PetVet Care Centers’ Regional Veterinary Referral Center in Springfield, VA, is hiring a Technician Supervisor (Rotating Shift). You will lead medical technical staff, schedule the department, and ensure high patient care standards.

The facility operates 24/7 with on‑site MRI/CT capabilities and a strong specialty team. Ideal candidates bring RVT/LVT/CVT license, 8+ years veterinary experience (3+ in emergency/specialty), and a commitment to a culture of care.

Qualifications

Must hold RVT/LVT/CVT license in good standing.
8+ years veterinary experience, minimum 3 years in an emergency and/or specialty hospital.
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Maintain processes for effective medical record keeping and billing.
Collect and process work charts.
Assist with entering in-patient charges and/or procedures performed in billing system.
Ensure invoices are sent monthly and as requested by clients and doctors.
Process payments and monthly statements.
Resolve escalated financial problems with clients, collecting delinquent accounts and NSF checks; determines when special financial agreements are appropriate.
Assist with monitoring and reporting on accounts receivable.
Prepare, print and mail invoice or statement copies for customers as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
