Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician with 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience, including 1 year overseeing 50+ staff.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Emergency and Specialty teams while upholding high patient-care standards.
• Partner with Hospital Director and Medical Director to set clinical goals and improve workflows.
• Serve as mentor for Veterinary Technicians, Assistants, and leaders; promote teamwork and accountability.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage across services.
• Develop onboarding, training, and competency programs; coordinate continuing education opportunities.
• Lead staff meetings focusing on performance, morale, and professional growth.
