Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; veterinary-based customer service experience prioritized.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols required.
• Ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaning chemicals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors.
• Experience with multi-line telephone systems; proficient computer skills required.
• Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication; fluent English required.

Compensation

$18 - $22 per hour, based on experience. *Additional shift differentials available on overnight shifts

Schedule

A Availability for morning, swing, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

• 7am - 5pm
• 4pm-2am
• 10pm-8am

You are an experienced Client Care Representative dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent care. You can adapt to the individual needs of each client and their patient, are eager to continue enhancing your skill set, andtruly want to make a difference.

Requirements for the Role

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Veterinary-based customer service experience prioritized. Familiarity with EzyVet preferred.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols required, with the ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaningchemicals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors. Experience with multi-line telephone systems, andproficient computer skills required.
• Attention to detail alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team members required.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
