Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Transportation, Division of Motor Vehicles, is seeking a Program Coordinator II (S). The successful candidate will supervise the unit's workflow and assist staff with complex tasks, while maintaining performance management documentation.

This unit ensures accurate processing of vehicle titles and registration applications, reviews documents, identifies errors, and communicates with LPAs, On‑Line Dealers, DMV sections, and the public to correct issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle laws, policies and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the employee’s workflow within the unit.
• Assist employees with resolving complex work duties.
• Maintain, document, and conduct all phases of performance management.
