Job summary

Transdev in Optima, OK is seeking a Lead Technician with experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks and trailers. You will guide a team of technicians, ensure safety, and improve vehicle longevity and performance for customers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• 5+ years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure safety and reliability for customers.
• Lead and train other technicians within the team.
• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs under supervision.
• Adhere to company standards, policies, and safety regulations.
