Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee all integration activities for electrical systems within vehicle programs. You will develop timelines, coordinate between electrical engineering and manufacturing, and serve as the primary interface for program planning and escalations.

Responsibilities include responding to program bulletins, driving issue closure (GIMS), and steering quality, FEW, and warranty targets.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field.
10+ years in design, development, and program management in product development/vehicle engineering incl. electrical design, systems, architecture, wiring.
Proficient with Stellantis NA engineering tools (CN, EBOM, GIMS).
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Capable of representing Electrical System as single program vehicle point of contact.
Able to present to VP level.

Responsibilities

Manage integration activities and interface for all issues (cost, timing, program planning, launch support, program resolution).
Develop program timeline integrating electrical systems tasks and milestones into vehicle timeline.
Act as primary interface between electrical engineering and manufacturing.
Respond to program bulletins with cost/timing/investment impacts to the electrical system.
Drive closure to open issues (GIMS), drive audit scores to meet quality targets, drive FEW and warranty to meet targets.
