Qualifications

• 4+ years UVM or Forestry experience; Line Clearance experience required.
• Ability to read maps and use GIS tools.
• Willingness to work alone outdoors in varying weather and terrain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and safety leadership.
• Willingness to train and lead vegetation management operations.

Responsibilities

• Improve safe and reliable electric service delivery.
• Act as SME for utility vegetation management to clients.
• Inspect easements and prescribe vegetation management actions.
• Develop vegetation management plans with landowners.
• Ensure crews follow safety and arboricultural practices.
• Provide support and oversee planners; complete weekly reports.
