Job summary

Milhouse is seeking a Senior Foreman to lead vegetation management operations in the field, acting as the bridge between field crews, client requirements, and safety regulations. The role supervises foremen, engages with customers, and reports to the General Foreman while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

The position emphasizes supervisory responsibility, coordination with utilities, and the ability to respond to emergency storm events. A valid CDL and DOT Medical Card are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in vegetation management
• 2+ years clearing vegetation around power lines/infrastructure
• 1+ years leading vegetation management crews
• Strong safety and OSHA awareness
• Must have active DOT Medical Card and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Directs multiple crews or a large single crew in day-to-day work
• Trains new team members on SOPs and equipment
• Ensures safety compliance and PPE standards
• Reads maps, GIS, and utility right-of-way docs
• Communicates progress with utility/agency reps
