Responsibilities

• Oversee all varsity baseball operations, including practice planning and roster management.
• Recruit, evaluate, and develop student-athletes across skill levels.
• Coordinate with other coaches to ensure a pipeline from middle school to varsity.
• Model sportsmanship and academic priority in line with school policy.
• Communicate with students, parents, and school administration regularly.
• Manage schedules, equipment, and program visibility in partnership with Athletics Communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, eligibility policies, and required trainings.
• Attend coaches' meetings and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
