Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Resume with coaching experience (paid or volunteer).
• Valid CPR and First Aid certificates.
• Knowledge of CIF rules, regulations, and techniques of the sport.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the baseball program for grades 9-12.
• Assist selection of assistant coaches for the sport.
• Monitor performance of coaches in charge.
• Provide eligibility lists and season schedule before the season.
• Ensure players are academically eligible to participate.
• Coordinate practice sessions and game schedules.
• Travel with the team as needed.
• Maintain and secure baseball equipment and uniforms.
