Qualifications

• Experience coaching at the high school level or equivalent.

• Driver’s license and ability to drive school van.
• CPR certification.
• Completion of CIF Coaches Principle Course and NFHS courses.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the program.

Responsibilities

• Support the head varsity coach and softball program.
• Motivate players with a positive coaching style.
• Maintain strong, healthy relationships with players, parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Keep informed of league bylaws, CIF rules, and school Athletics policies.
• Assist in care and upkeep of facilities and equipment; manage team web page.
