Aufgaben

• Assist in planning and leading strength, speed, agility, and conditioning sessions for teams.
• Supervise student-athletes in the weight room with proper lifting technique and safety.
• Enforce weight room safety protocols and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Track attendance and progress; report updates to the Director of Sports Performance.
• Assist with warm-up and injury-prevention protocols with athletic trainers.
• Maintain training equipment and suggest facility or equipment needs.
• Support training sessions, camps, or off-season programs as needed.
• Model professionalism and promote a positive role model for student-athletes.
• Engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster a healthy learning environment.
• Willingness to take on other duties as needed.
